We are looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team! You will assist the lead installer as they complete the installation of heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:
Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, mini-splits
Inspect and perform equipment replacements
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Installers and technicians work 8+ hours a day, Monday-Friday, with an occasional Saturday. Overtime is available approximately 12 to 16 weeks a year. Candidates must be able to work on ladders, in attics and crawl spaces. Must be open to learning and taking direction from management. It is important to have your EPA and Nate Certifications. It is required to have knowledge of installing furnaces, air conditioners, evaporative coolers, mini-splits, water heaters, and boilers.
