Join Our Collaborative Mental Health Practice
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health clinician to join our collaborative professional environment while maintaining an independent practice.
This opportunity allows you to rent a dedicated private office for a fixed monthly fee of $1,250 rather than paying a percentage of your clinical income. The monthly fee includes the core infrastructure and support needed to operate a private practice, allowing you to maintain predictable overhead while retaining the income you generate from your caseload.
What Is Included
- Dedicated private office
- Office manager support
- Assistance with scheduling and insurance-related administrative tasks
- Practice marketing and advertising
- Client referral support
- Electronic health record access
- Internet access
- Electronic fax services
- General office operations and shared practice resources
- Peer consultation and professional collaboration
Unlike percentage-based group practice arrangements, the monthly fee does not increase as your revenue grows. Clinicians maintain control over their schedules, caseloads, clinical approach, and practice decisions while benefiting from the administrative, technological, and professional support of an established office.
Our goal is to provide an inviting and supportive environment where clinicians can offer high-quality mental health services in a manner consistent with their clinical style and professional goals.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
- Current Texas license, including LPC, LPC Associate, LMFT, LMFT Associate, or LCSW
- Active professional liability insurance
- Ability to practice within the scope and requirements of the clinician’s license
LPC Associates and LMFT Associates are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision is available for LPC Associates. Supervision terms and availability will be discussed separately. LMFT Associates must secure supervision independently.
Professional Expectations
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy using appropriate evidence-based approaches
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment
- Respond appropriately to clinical crises and facilitate referrals to additional resources when necessary
- Establish treatment goals, monitor client progress, and maintain timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals when clinically appropriate and properly authorized
- Provide psychoeducation regarding mental health, coping skills, and wellness
- Comply with applicable ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, licensing regulations, and professional guidelines
- Maintain active professional liability insurance and all required licensure or supervision arrangements
We welcome clinicians who are committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and effective care while building an independent practice within a collaborative professional setting.
