We are seeking sharp, motivated, and articulate phone professionals to join our expanding remote outreach team.
The Role: As an Outreach Specialist, you will be the frontline voice connecting with community members and supporters. Your core responsibility is to execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns, build immediate rapport using our structured scripts, and secure vital funding, merchandise pre-sales, and community sponsorships.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to pre-qualified lead lists.
- Deliver engaging, high-energy scripts that highlight critical first responder initiatives.
- Handle donor objections smoothly and pivot directly to successful closings.
- Accurately track call outcomes, donor information, and pledges in our system.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly outbound call and revenue targets.

- The Sales Grind: Prior experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, customer service, or political/non-profit fundraising is highly preferred.
