Kids-A-Lot Country Day School is located on 8.9 acres of land with room for exploration throughout the mini campus grounds. We are seeking a well-organized, career dedicated professional in our Pre-Kindergarten Preschool classroom . Candidates must possess the ability to plan and prepare curriculum that evokes school readiness skills and hands on learning in all learning areas. Additional skills include the ability to communicate well in oral and written form with your team, parents and administration. Must be able to provide support for individual learners, captivate young children, model patience and kindness, and enhance early reading and writing skills. Knowledge of Hand Writing Without Tears is helpful! Must be willing to participate in Public School district collaborative trainings and grant funded literacy lesson planning and implementation.
Candidates must have an EEC Preschool Teacher Certification or higher qualifications are a plus! The availability to work a mix of both early and late shifts on a consistent weekly schedule (hours between 730-3 and 830-530) is required. Candidates should be positive, genuine and gentle in their guidance practices in the field of Early Childhood Education.
