The Job:
We are looking for a deli manager to lead and to grow our deli department. The responsibilities include assigning tasks to deli associates, merchandising the deli on our sales floor, waiting on customers, taking orders and ordering products from our vendors.
As a discount store, we also receive deli through contracts, which means that we don't always know in advance what deli products we will receive. Some of our deli requires more sorting due to the price point that we buy it at. This presents an interesting challenge, but an opportunity to also price the product very competitively for the benefit of our customers.
We have a large customer flow in our store which can create a fast-paced environment. We hope that you will enjoy this pace.

We also will offer a bonus plan based upon the sales volume. If the store does well, you will benefit financially with no top cap in your compensation.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
