Do you have a big heart, comfy shoes, and a knack for making people smile? We're looking for a State Testing Nursing Assistant (STNA) who's ready to bring compassion, humor, and top-notch care to our patients every day.
Duties
- Be a patient's go-to-support for daily care
- Help with mobility, meals, and comfort
- Keep things clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Work alongside an awesome healthcare team
- Assist in patient transfers and positioning using appropriate equipment like Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
- Experience working in diverse healthcare environments such as nursing homes, and assisted living facilities
- Strong communication skills coupled with compassion for patient well-being and dignity
- A caring attitude and positive energy
