Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system (Toast)
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bar, dining room, and service stations
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting tables promptly to ensure smooth flow of service
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old with reliable availability during nights, and mandatory available for weekends.
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments (Bartenders 2+ years of experience required)
- Proficiency with POS system, Toast
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
