Position Summary:
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to focus on supporting the restaurant in all aspects of a bar setting to help drive the guest experience to the next level. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant experience with bar foreword thinking —and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment with the focus on crat cocktails.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily bar and restaurant operations with professionalism and precision
- Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Maintain impeccable standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Manage restocking items before, during and after a shift.
- Monitor guest status and progression through their experience to help the bartenders provide the best experience possible.
- Champion a positive workplace culture rooted in respect, accountability, and passion
- Focus on the quality of craft cocktails while supporting the volume of drinks in the establishment.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant experience in a high-end bar or restaurant setting
- 3+ years of bartending experience.
- Willingness to expand ones knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and food pairings
- Strong communication, and teamwork
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- Comfortable with POS systems, and client interaction
- Passion for hospitality, community, and creating memorable guest experiences
