Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of equipment and systems critical to our operations. This role requires a strong understanding of Stamping Presses, Tool Room equipment, PLC's, Welding equipment, HVAC systems, electrical components, and hydraulic systems, along with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mechanical issues, HVAC/R systems, high voltage electrical systems, hydraulic machinery, Fork trucks, and tool room CNC equipment.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Collaborate with management to ensure seamless operations within the facility.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs performed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing all maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a Tool & Die/Stamping manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Pinch presses and Standard tool room equipment as well as HVAC systems, HVAC/R principles, high voltage electrical systems, hydraulics, and schematics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Proficient in English for effective communication within the team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently hands on as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies related to maintenance practices.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
