Williams NationaLease is hiring a Diesel Technician for our 2nd Shift PM Shop in Normal, IL. Your job? Help keep our fleet healthy, road-ready, and making money instead of sitting in a repair bay.
Pay & Schedule
- $20-$32/hour based on experience
- Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM
- $2/hour shift differential
- Saturdays as needed
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on tractors and trailers
- Change oil, filters, and fluids
- Identify worn or damaged parts
- Handle minor repairs and component replacements
- Keep trucks safe, compliant, and ready for the road
- Prep and clean trucks
What We're Looking For
- Diesel or PM technician experience
- Tractor-trailer experience is a plus
- Basic hand tools and toolbox
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
