We are seeking passionate and qualified applicants for the role of Certified Athletic Trainer - Part Time - Temp to join our dynamic team.
This position provides Athletic Training Services to high school sports on a Part-Time Basis for Rosemont High School.
Monday through Friday with guaranteed 20-29 hours a week for 12 Weeks. Providing coverage 08/31/2026 through 11/20/2026.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver Athletic Training Services to athletes across multiple sports programs.
- Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and parents to ensure optimal safety, performance, and care.
- Support practices, games, and events, including weekend commitments with predetermined scheduling.
- Uphold the FLEX Performance philosophy of diversity, excellence, ethical conduct, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Educational Background: Master’s degree from a CAATE-accredited athletic training program (or Bachelor's for programs completed before 2022).
Certifications: Current BOC certification, along with American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid.
Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel for injury tracking and reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations.
- Experience with athletic training aids (e.g., taping, modalities, exercise programs).
- Mindset: A team player with a passion for athletic training, innovation, and delivering exceptional care.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
