Position Summary
- The Warehouse Fulfillment & Sortation Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations related to inbound receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, parcel sortation, shipping, and returns processing. This role ensures operational excellence through safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement while leading warehouse supervisors and associates to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fulfillment, receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and parcel sortation.
- Lead supervisors and associates through coaching, scheduling, hiring, and performance management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cycle counts.
- Ensure quality, SLA compliance, and carrier performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and develop SOPs.
- Maintain health and safety compliance.
- Produce operational KPI reports.
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse leadership experience.
- 3+ years fulfillment and sortation management.
- Experience with WMS and advanced Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
