Responsibilities:

Generate and manage buyer and seller leads.

Conduct showings, open houses, and listing presentations.

Market and list residential properties, including waterfront and luxury homes.

Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing.

Build and maintain a strong client pipeline.

Stay current on Fort Lauderdale market trends.
Qualifications:

Active Florida Real Estate License (required).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently.
