Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare practice in Brockton, MA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with physicians and staff, and support excellent clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Board Certified NP (ANCC or AANP)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome if applicable)
