Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up various machine tools such as lathes, mills, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing.
- Measure and inspect finished products to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Proven experience as a machinist or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in operating manual and CNC machine tools.
- Strong understanding of measurement tools and quality control procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Relevant technical training or certification in machining or manufacturing technology is preferred.
