Job Summary
We are seeking Industrial Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both industrial and commercial settings, demonstrating proficiency with various electrical systems and tools. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety practices, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Responsibilities
- PLC Troubleshooting
- Robotic troubleshooting
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ammeters and ohmmeters for testing electrical systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with NEC standards and local regulations.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Electrician in Industrial settings
- Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems is essential.
- Experience in construction site environments is a plus, including knowledge of frame carpentry.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles, including the use of hand tools and power tools related to the trade.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately is crucial for success in this role.
