Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries with attention to detail and quality standards
- Support cake decorating activities, ensuring designs are visually appealing and meet customer specifications
- Help with packaging finished products efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace
- Follow food safety protocols diligently during food handling, preparation, and storage processes
- Contribute to food production tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing batters, and assembling products
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment by regularly cleaning workstations and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and assisting with selections when needed
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Experience or interest in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with food handling procedures within the food industry or restaurant settings is advantageous
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in cooking or baking are desirable qualities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
