What You'll Do:
As a caregiver with Flatirons Flex Care, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes. Responsibilities include:
- Companionship & conversation to uplift and support clients
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Meal prep & feeding assistance to offer nourishment and encouragement
- Light housekeeping & laundry to maintain dignity and cleanliness
- Mobility support, including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
- Medication reminders to ensure safety protocols are followed
- Errands and appointment transportation (as needed and applicable)
- Additional duties based on individualized care plans
What We Look For:
Our care model is people-first - so we look for individuals who reflect that from within. We're seeking reliable, punctual, and professional caregivers who:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have a High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Possess a heart for care and a willingness to learn
- Are able to drive or have access to reliable transportation with valid insurance
- Can provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
- Are eligible for direct deposit enrollment
- Are bilingual a plus
