Personal Lines Account Executive Manager
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Executive Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for managing and servicing an assigned book of personal lines insurance accounts, including home and auto insurance policies within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. The Account Executive Manager will manage client relationships, oversee daily account servicing needs, coordinate policy updates, handle renewals, and work closely with insurance carriers to ensure clients receive timely and professional support.
Mandarin proficiency is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele. Insurance experience is preferred but not required; training and ongoing support will be provided. Work authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an assigned book of personal lines insurance accounts, including personal auto and home insurance policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding policy questions, coverage needs, billing issues, claims support, and account updates.
- Handle policy servicing activities, including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy changes.
- Review client accounts to identify coverage needs and provide personalized insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and excellent customer service.
- Monitor renewal accounts and follow up with clients to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting, billing, and policy-related issues.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system.
- Prioritize daily tasks and manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Support agency growth through client retention, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin proficiency preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in personal lines insurance, customer service, account management, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to develop long-term client relationships and provide professional service.
- Licensed Property & Casualty insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to continue learning and developing insurance expertise.
