Holt’s Reliable Garage Door Repair LLC is one of the Treasure Coast’s fastest-growing garage door companies, proudly serving residential and commercial customers throughout the area. We are looking for an experienced Lead Garage Door Installer to take ownership of our installation department and help us continue delivering high-quality workmanship.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can complete installations without constant supervision.
What You’ll Do
Lead residential and commercial garage door installations.
Perform complete tear-outs and replacements.
Reframe openings and bring existing installations up to current code when necessary.
Cut and modify concrete when required for proper installations.
Install torsion spring systems, tracks, operators, and related components.
Diagnose and solve installation challenges in the field.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work area.
Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company with integrity.
Train and mentor installers and helpers while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Help build and improve our installation department through leadership, accountability, and efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of garage door installation experience (more preferred).
Able to complete a garage door installation from start to finish without assistance.
Experience with tear-outs, reframing, structural modifications, and code-compliant installations.
Comfortable cutting concrete and using power tools safely.
Knowledge of residential and commercial garage door systems.
Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in Florida weather.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Leadership experience is strongly preferred.
