Whether your experience comes from residential, commercial, or custom construction, we're looking for an experienced Construction Carpenter with strong carpentry fundamentals who can contribute from day one. As a Construction Carpenter, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential construction projects by:

Performing rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, additions, renovations, and remodeling projects

Installing framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, siding, and other finish materials

Reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans

Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials with precision

Safely operating hand and power tools
-
Preparing work areas, staging materials, and maintaining clean, organized jobsites
-
Identifying potential jobsite issues and communicating them to the Lead Carpenter or Project Manager
-
Working collaboratively with the construction team to keep projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship

3+ years of professional carpentry experience
-
Experience in residential, commercial, or custom construction
-
Strong rough and/or finish carpentry skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

Proficiency with standard carpentry hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the project team

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with residential remodeling, custom homes, or high-end residential construction

Experience working in occupied homes during remodeling projects

Broad understanding of residential construction methods

Interest in growing into a Lead Carpenter or other field leadership role
