We are looking for driven professionals to match that energy and hire an AT&T Assistant who will work directly with customers and local businesses to deliver telecommunication solutions.
As an AT&T Assistant, you will represent AT&T services while helping customers and businesses select the right products, plans, and services to meet their needs. In this AT&T Assistant role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, assessing their needs, and presenting AT&T solutions that align with both personal and business goals. The AT&T Assistant can expect to spend their day meeting with new and existing customers, managing multiple sales conversations, and closing transactions in a fast-paced environment. The AT&T Assistant role involves strong communication skills, confidence in selling, and the ability to adapt your approach to different customer and business situations.
AT&T Assistant Responsibilities:
- Work and meet directly with customers and businesses to educate them on services that are available to them for a potentially faster speed and lower cost
- Sell AT&T wireless plans, devices, and internet services based on the product knowledge provided and service offerings
- Identify customer and business needs to deliver tailored solutions by actively listening
- Close sales orders and create a successful customer experience
- Stay informed on AT&T promotions, product updates, and market trends to promote to customers
- Work with team members to enhance skills and develop into more leadership responsibilities within the company
AT&T Assistant Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales, customer service, or business experience preferred (not required)
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age due to company policy and/or legal requirements.
- Confidence in presenting products and closing sales
- Interest in technology, wireless solutions, and business services
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
