Job Summary
Loganitus Training is looking for a motivated and dynamic Athletic Performance Trainer who enjoys working with young athletes and thrives in a fast-paced training environment. This role involves coaching athletes ages 6 through high school in speed, agility, strength, and overall athletic development in both group training and personal training settings.
Responsibilities
- Lead youth speed, agility, and strength training sessions
- Coach proper lifting mechanics and athletic movement
- Work with athletes in group classes and one-on-one sessions
- Motivate athletes and maintain a positive training environment
- Assist with performance testing and tracking progress
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience training athletes for sports performance
- Experience with speed training, agility drills, and strength & conditioning
- Comfortable working with kids and teens (ages 6–18)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Availability for after-school hours M-F and morning-mid day on Saturdays
Preferred
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
OR
- Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or coaching
