Principal Responsibilities
- Acquire and Maintain Customers
- Attend to customer concerns immediately
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes
- Decipher, prepare and review store reports
- Ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times
- Implement sales and marketing programs
- Managing inventory and cash assets
- Ensure properly merchandised and priced showroom floor
Essential Requirements

Physical Requirements
- Position routinely requires lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for 50‐300 pounds
- Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching and grabbing as required
- Traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliance, and electronics
- Prolonged driving and standing
- Must be able to work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions
General Qualifications
Minimum 2 year total combination of education and experience providing the necessary skills and knowledge are acceptable.
Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Associate degree with course work in business, accounting, marketing or management
- Two years’ experience in retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, sales or merchandising
- Two years on the job experience in management or comparable military experience
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8am and 9pm
- Overtime may be required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR) required
- Ability to successfully pass company background check, substance abuse test, and acceptable reference check from previous employers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
