Job Summary
The Dispatcher is the heartbeat of our daily operations- coordinating drivers, monitoring routes, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring every package reaches its destination safely and on time. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact performance, customers expereince, and team success.
Duties
- Oversee daily dispatch operations for the various routes
- Monitor driver progress, route delays, and safety alerts
- Provide real-time support and problem-solving for drivers
- Communicate clearly and professionally across teams
- Track performance metrics and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain accurate logs, routes adjustments, and compliance documentation
- Support station leadership with operational coordination
- Requirements
- Experience in dispatching, logistics, transporation, or fast-paced operations
- Calm under pressure with strong decision- making skills
- Excellent communication and situtional awareness
- Tech-savvy with comfort using routeing tools and dashboards
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a safety-first culture
- Able to work weekends and peak season schedules
