Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders.

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences

Work with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.

Restock the bar during service to maintain efficiency.

Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service laws and policies.

Have previous cocktail, wine, and liquor knowledge.

Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
