Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual, dynamic and motivated Crew Leader, Landscaper to oversee and execute outdoor landscaping projects with energy and precision. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers on various landscaping, grounds maintenance, and hardscape projects across construction sites.
- Coordinate daily tasks such as lawn care, plant installation, pruning, mulching, irrigation management, and hardscape installation to meet project timelines.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of grounds maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and ground tools.
- Identify plants and trees accurately to ensure proper care and placement; perform horticultural tasks with precision.
- Manage irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency and plant health; troubleshoot irrigation issues as they arise.
- Oversee safety protocols on site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting crew members and equipment between job sites.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members in landscaping techniques, equipment use, safety procedures, and customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance with a strong knowledge of horticulture principles.
- Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or construction settings.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and hardscape installation.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems operation and troubleshooting; experience with irrigation management is preferred.
- Ability to identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and ground cover accurately.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse crew effectively.
- Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and ground tools; certification in equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong outdoor work ethic with the physical stamina necessary for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely.
- Construction experience or background in hardscape installation is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
