As an AT&T Retail Associate, you'll use your communication skills to help customers explore AT&T products and services, answer questions, and find solutions that fit their needs. No previous telecommunications experience is required, we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do As An AT&T Retail Associate:
- Meet with customers and create a welcoming, professional experience
- Learn about each customer's needs and recommend AT&T products and services that fit their lifestyle
- Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process
- Answer questions and provide knowledgeable support throughout each interaction
- Work alongside teammates to achieve individual and team goals
- Stay up to date on current promotions and product offerings through ongoing training
- Maintain accurate customer information and complete necessary paperwork
What We're Looking For
- Retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or other people-focused experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
