POSITION: Warehouse Worker

JOB SUMMARY:
Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks. Performs various operations, including unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory. Operates hand trucks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures. NetSuite experience preferred to view or input information into the ERP database.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify product quantities and condition
- Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities; report discrepancies as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift operation if trained and certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
- Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedules, including overtime as required
- The ability to operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma, equivalent or higher
- 1-3 years warehousing background preferred
- Expereience with NetSuite preferred
- Experience working with computers
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Ability to read and write, spell, and speak English

Pay: $17.88 - $25.25 per hour
