What we’re looking for:
This is a contractor position. You must be able to work independently as there will not be a boss hanging over your head. Punctuality and responsibility are a must.

- Knowledgeable when working with various diets (paleo, whole30, vegan, keto, vegetarian, etc.), allergies & other dietary restrictions

Position Highlights:
Schedule - generally speaking you’ll be working daytime hours, Monday-Friday, as the majority of our business involves weekly meal prepping for clients. Some evening/weekend work may be required for planning purposes or special events. Most major holidays off.
Independency - you will be responsible to set your own working hours with each client, create your own menus (we do not have recipe ownership), and work with each client on a weekly basis without supervision.
Cooking - You’ll have plenty of opportunity to cook whatever you want and to plan your own menus. It’s an excellent chance to sharpen your own skill set when it comes to techniques, cuisine knowledge, and overall cooking.
Pay - $27-$29/hr for meal prep, $40-$60/hr for evening/weekend work (parties, private dinners, etc..); cash bonus at 6 months and 1 year, health insurance, vision/dental/life, parental leave.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- At least 4 years experience working in a professional kitchen
- Weekday availability
- Reliable transportation & a working smartphone or laptop (you will have clients all across Greater St Louis)
- Able to pass a criminal background check
