JOB The Maintenance Supervisor represents an opportunity for a current employee working in the Department of Transportation to supervise and monitor work for District 4 Operations. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for: performance management and evaluations, conflict resolution (including making recommendations for proper or corrective action), ordering materials and supplies, and preparing reports and summaries.

Essential Function Examples
Perform administrative tasks associated with the supervision of worksites, projects and staff.
Repair and replace asphalt roadways and surfaces.
Maintain, repair or install concrete structures or surfaces.
Marginal Function Examples
Provide care and propagation for trees, shrubs, turf and plants.
Remove snow and ice.
Care for and clean designated indoor and outdoor areas.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
