Job Summary
CSI Corporation of DC, security company, is seeking an experienced and professional Lead Security Supervisor to oversee a medium-size security services contract in Washington, D.C. The Lead Security Supervisor will provide leadership, supervision, and administrative oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality security operations at one large work site in the District of Columbia.
The Lead Security Supervisor serves as the company's on-site representative, with full authority to act on CSI Corporation’s behalf in all matters related to staffing, supervision, and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Report to the site, Project Manager
- In the absence of the Project Manager, direct and manage all aspects of daily armed Special Police Officer security operations to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
- Serve as the secondary liaison between CSI Corporation and client representatives.
- Supervise, support, and evaluate site supervisors and commissioned Special Police Officers.
- Ensure all assigned personnel maintain current DC licensing and required certifications in firearms proficiency, First Aid, and CPR.
- Monitor officer conduct, appearance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee timekeeping, scheduling, and reporting systems to maintain accountability and accuracy.
- Review and approve incident reports, ensuring completeness and timely submission.
- Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, including staffing rosters, training logs, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
