We are seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), Medical Doctors (MDs), and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine (DOs) who are passionate about functional medicine, hormone optimization, and patient education. Providers will deliver high-quality virtual care focused on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapies, and sustainable medical weight management.
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling
- 8-hour shifts
- Minimum commitment of 20+ hours per week
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual evaluations and ongoing treatment for men and women seeking hormone optimization and wellness services.
- Diagnose, prescribe, and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapies, and medical weight management programs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using a functional and preventative approach to care.
- Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, treatment options, and long-term health optimization.
- Review diagnostic laboratory results and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation while delivering exceptional patient care through telehealth.
Qualifications
- Experience managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for both male and female patients.
- Strong clinical background in medical weight management.
- Functional or holistic approach to patient care and long-term wellness.
- Previous telehealth experience preferred.
- Active DEA license required.
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses in 10 or more U.S. states.
- Ability to maintain a dependable and consistent work schedule, excluding approved time off.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Positive, adaptable, and patient-focused approach to patient care.
- Authorized to work remotely within the United States.
