Victory Mile Logistics is a veteran-owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) seeking dependable, hard-working team players to deliver Amazon packages. We are an independent company partnered with Amazon, focused on safety, accountability, and getting every order delivered on time.

Compensation & Benefits

Scheduling
- 10 hour shifts typical
- 4 day work week, to include 1 weekend day
- Shifts to start no earlier than 9 a.m and finish no later than 10 p.m
- 2 paid 15 minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30 minute break per shift
Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Manage delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely arrivals at customer locations
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with a friendly attitude
- Use hand held devices for routing and customer delivery information
- Organize merchandise on delivery vehicles for optimal space utilization and easy access during deliveries
Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must hold a non-provisions, unrestricted driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
- Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
- Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
