Compensation: $175,000 – $215,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Your Role Includes:
- Performing cardiopulmonary bypass and autotransfusion
- Managing IABP and minimal ECMO support
- Collaborating with anesthesia, surgery, and nursing teams
- Upholding best practices in equipment safety, infection control, and patient care
- Assisting with quality control and departmental development
We average ~120 open heart procedures annually, including CABG and valve surgeries, with no VADs or transplants.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular perfusion program
- ABCP Certified (or eligible)
- BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional growth
