Provide ADL care: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care per care plan
Maintain safety: respond to call lights, prevent falls, ensure safe environment
Support nutrition: meal setup, feeding assistance, adaptive equipment use
Assist mobility: transfers, ambulation, ROM, proper positioning
Report changes in condition, concerns, and refusals promptly to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation per protocol
Deliver care appropriate to adult and geriatric populations per certification scope
