NY Based Mechanical Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to handle day to day construction project management, documentation and coordination for large commercial/hospital/university projects.
Successful candidate would be expected but not limited to develop and manage equipment submittals, logs, change orders, project scheduling and coordination etc.
Must be knowledgeable in commercial Mechanical/HVAC systems including piping, sheet metal and controls as well as possess excellent verbal and written skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Projects, Outlook required and at least 10 years’ experience preferably in a Mechanical/HVAC or related construction management role.
References will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
