Front Range Pediatric Therapies (FRPT) is looking for a passionate, patient focused Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Therapists (SLPs) to join our growing team on a full time basis serving south Colorado Springs! CFs encouraged to apply!
As part of the team, you will assess, develop therapy plans of care, and provide quality, evidence-based therapy. You will offer effective and family-centered services that foster your patients’ growth and development. As a therapist with FRPT, you will support patients and their families and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to uphold FRPT's mission to ensure the highest quality of care available for patients 0-17 years.

Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in the State of Colorado (DORA)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Experience
- Experience serving the pediatric population: 1 year, preferred
- Experience within a home health care setting: >1 year, preferred

This position is compensated on a per-visit basis rather than by a fixed salary. While an estimated earnings range may be provided for reference, actual income is determined by the number of visits rendered. There is no cap on the number of visits an employee can complete, meaning there is no limit to potential earnings. Employees have the opportunity to exceed the estimated compensation range based on productivity and scheduling availability.
