Under general supervision, counsels clients and develops/implements a variety of projects and activities to promote substance abuse awareness and related behavioral health issues throughout the community.

Masters' Degree in Counseling or Social Work and who is either licensed or license eligible is a required. Working knowledge of substance abuse is preferred. Must have a working understanding of HIPPA requirements. Must have a working knowledge of adult case management and work as a team leader for the Adult Case Manager. Must be a person of highly stable character with a proven ability to maintain strict standards of confidentiality, work a flexible schedule, and work independently. Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and be able to meet the Community's insurance carrier requirements. Must successfully complete a background check.
