At this time, we are searching for a reliable Construction Project Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost effective manner. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing costs, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the project.
Requirements:
- Ability to plan projects that demonstrates a commitment to company safety policies.
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Competent in conflict and crises management.
- B.S degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum (5) five years’ experience working with PennDOT.
- Experience with the use of Heavy Bid and Heavy Job Software packages to manage projects.
- Experience with the Use of Primavera Software for scheduling of projects.
