We are adding to our landscape division and looking for the right talent to help lead it. If you have the following, we want you to join our team!
1) Ability to lead a landscape crew of two to three people
2) Have a hard work ethic and positive attitude
3) Have minor mechanical aptitude
4) Have 3-5 plus years of verifiable landscape installation and leadership experience; installation of hardscapes, softscapes, drainage required; natural stone masonry skills a plus
5) Have (or obtain in 30 days) a valid MN CDL and health card and/or CDL
6) Ability to visualize projects from conception to finalization
7) Be available to work longer hours (7 am-6pm, Apr-Nov, Saturday mornings only if weather impacts work during the week) during landscaping season and only days/nights when it snows Nov-Apr
8) Ability/aptitude to operate various types of equipment from excavator and skidsteer to hand tools
9) Paid salary position, Salary is commensurate on production and not capped at a certain range. Salary range listed is starting range based on experience and qualifications.
