What We’re Looking For
· 2+ years of experience in a surgical setting (required)
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Your Role
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients, taking vitals, and recording chief complaints
- Assisting physicians with exams and minor procedures
- Performing medication prep and injections
- Providing patient education and instructions
- Supporting physicians and ensuring smooth clinic flow
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Managing patient charts, scanning, and documentation in eCW & MS Office
- Coordinating labs, imaging, and surgical scheduling
- Handling prescription refills and patient inquiries
- Ordering and maintaining clinical supplies
- Collaborating closely with physicians, front desk staff, and fellow MAs
General Duties:
- Preparing and restocking exam rooms
- Sterilizing instruments (autoclave)
- Maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the clinical area
