The Tech 1 Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Behavior Technicians providing Individual Support Services, ensuring smooth technical operations, maintaining high standards of work quality, and adhering to company policies and procedures. This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing projects, and optimizing technical workflows. Candidates should have experience and a background in In-Home Support Services such as ABA and/or ISS or related behavioral support services.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of Behavior Technicians.

Oversee daily technical operations and ensure efficiency.

Monitor and coordinate support for service authorizations.

Troubleshoot data management technical issues and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar lead role.
