Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly during service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to restaurant recipes
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure food is cooked in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to provide excellent dining experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Line Cook in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
