Position: Production & Logistics Associate Company: DSport Graphics Location: Columbia, MO (On-site) Type: Full-time Pay: $16 – $18 per hour (based on experience)About the Role DSport Graphics is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production & Logistics Associate to support our busy custom apparel production team. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping our screen printing operation running smoothly from start to finish.Key Responsibilities
- Check in incoming garments and match them accurately to active jobs for printing.
- Work closely with the Production Manager to schedule and prioritize jobs.
- Catch, inspect, and finish printed garments as they come off the dryer.
- Professionally fold, package, and prepare orders for customer pickup or shipping.
- Clean and coat screens for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the production area.
- Assist with general warehouse and shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina — must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move garments/boxes.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Basic computer skills (for job tracking).
- Apparel or screen printing experience is a big plus.
