Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of facilities management. Duties
- Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all electrical systems, including high voltage equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize facility performance.
- Utilize voltmeters and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Fabricate components as necessary to support engineering projects and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all engineering activities.
- Prepare reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and project updates for upper management.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within an engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage applications.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on maintenance management.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
