What You’ll Own

Ensure an elevated level of patient satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized care

Oversee patient scheduling, appointment management, and follow-up procedures

Ensure Practice is on track for monthly, quarterly, and annual budget

Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability

Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment

Monitor practice performance metrics and help implement strategies for improvement

Ensure practice operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices

Assist in the recruitment, training coordination, and scheduling of all practice staff

Who You Are

3+ years of leadership experience in service-driven industries such as retail, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or premium consumer services

Strong track record of driving growth and leading teams to ambitious targets

Skilled in building culture, coaching leaders, and holding teams accountable

Financially fluent with experience managing regional P&Ls and performance metrics
