Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Communicate with customers regarding available products, services, and account information
- Assist and oversee customer support, account updates, and enrollment-related tasks
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
- Support daily team operations and help manage customer engagement efforts
- Work alongside team leaders to help maintain office and customer service goals
- Maintain and manage accurate customer information and account records
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Contribute to a collaborative and team-focused work environment
- Develop organizational, communication, and leadership skills through ongoing training
Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment
- Organized, dependable, and willing to learn
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or team-based experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; must be 18 years of age
