Keep molding and automated equipment running safely, efficiently, and on spec

Watch performance indicators, quality outputs, and downtime trends

Support startups, changeovers, fine-tuning, and first-level troubleshooting

Handle minor automation and equipment issues; escalate bigger problems promptly

Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership to hit goals

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow work instructions, process parameters, and quality standards

Complete required process and production documentation

Champion continuous improvement to enhance uptime, quality, and efficiency

Dependable attendance with a strong safety focus

Mechanically inclined and comfortable with machinery and automation

Focused, observant, and engaged in a fast-paced setting
-
Willing to troubleshoot, learn, and take ownership

Adheres to process discipline and quality requirements

Ready for night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation

Communicates clearly and works well in a team

Aim to grow into a more technical manufacturing role

Experience in manufacturing, molding, machine operation, automation, or maintenance

Track record of troubleshooting equipment on the line

Exposure to plastics, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance

Technical training, trade school, or continued education in an industrial field

High school diploma or GED required

Additional training in manufacturing, maintenance, mechatronics, automation, or related fields is a plus

Night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
