What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and medical or facility-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to identify unusual activity and/or unsecured areas.

Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and vendor entry as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations.

Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
